Hopefully everyone is having a good week. We are still waiting to hear back on the MOUs. Hopefully we get them back soon so we can get start bidding. Anyway, here’s the update:
Webscheduler Changes
You have probably seen this before but just as a reminder:
Previously, NATCA and the Agency agreed to migrate WebScheduler from Lotus Notes/Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) to MyAccess on Wednesday, August 22, 2018. That migration was delayed due to issues that existed with MyAccess. The Agency has addressed those issues and is now ready to move forward with the migration. NATCA and the Agency have agreed to make the effective date of this migration Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 7:00 AM EDT.
BUEs will be required to access WebScheduler using https://wmtscheduler.faa.gov or through the MyAccess website, https://my.faa.gov. To sign into WebScheduler, BUEs will use either: (1) PIV Card and PIV Card PIN; or (2) FAA email address (as their username), as well as their MyAccess PIN and the correct answer to one (1) of their established MyAccess Security Questions. All current authorization levels, associated rights, or notifications in WebScheduler will remain the same.
Article 5 SOI
There is a SOI for Kelly and Jessica's R-side lab 11/13-12/21/18. We have had quite a few volunteers already so thanks to everyone for that. You have until tomorrow if you want to throw your name in the hat. Dan Baker will be selecting the person we will use shortly after that.
Under Guides
On the schedule that published yesterday we published under guides on 10/20 (Saturday Swing) to accommodate the OJTI course. I initially asked for overtime for that but they claimed none was available (which is stupid). However, we do routinely go 1 under on that shift for leave or other reasons so we should be able to make it work. That being said, I will not be on that shift so those of you on it please let me know if the shift is run poorly. If you lose even one person, they should call in OT then. If you go over 2 hours or get your breaks shortened please let me know immediately so I can address it with Jason Alliston.
