Area Training Representative
Your local Executive Board has outlined the position of a Training Rep for each area.
The Area Training Representative's responsibility will be (and not limited) to ensure the integrity of the training process outlined in the 3120.4.
The ATR (another created acronym) will be allowed to monitor and consult with training team leads (FLMs) to discuss the trainees progression and any action plan if needed.
The ATR will also familiarize themselves with their area training teams by:
- Monitoring training reports (3120-25)
- Read and follow up on training team meeting minutes.
- Review Skill Enhancement reports.
- Review required monthly skill checks.
If you are interested in this position, please notify your Area rep no later than COB on Friday, January 20th.
Once each area rep has been selected, Alex and I would then like to sit down and cover some of the things to look for.
