With the Rainbow cafe not being available and Friday's temperature expected to be around 95+ degrees, we figured that it wouldn't be a good idea to have the meeting at the Spunky Monkey since the room is right next to the kitchen and they don't have air-conditioning.
Therefore we are moving the meeting to ZSE in the EAST/WEST Conference room. We are changing the time to 2pm to 4pm since people don't need travel time and they can "spool" into the meeting here at work. Pizza will be provided.
