We are putting together an Article 114 workgroup to come up with procedures for PDX metering. This will include arcs, fixes, how much delay we take and all procedures related to PDX metering. Each area will be represented on the workgroup. The workgroup will make a recommendation to Don and Derek as to what the procedures should be.
